Gary Pennefather has extensive experience in technology businesses as a founder, entrepreneur, senior executive and board member across a range of industries. Gary has been involved in a number of companies that have grown from early stage R&D to multi-million dollar enterprises – both in Perth and the US.
Gary has also co-founded a number of start‐up technology companies, including Atmosphere Networks, which raised over $40 million from top tier Silicon Valley venture firms before being successfully sold for $200 million.

Aaron is driven from within. He is an entrepreneur, traveler, lover of great coffee and people’s stories. His career spans Formula 1, sport and recreation, management consulting and now takes him on a business ride that has clear objectives but an unknown end point. Much like his travel, he enjoys the journey as well as the destination in life and business, and takes every opportunity to see the world through the eyes and footprints of others. Aaron is documenting his business journey and has also written a book about his career transitions from standing track side at motor sport events to inside boardrooms as a management consultant. His aim is to a share hia rollercoaster and experiences, hopefully helping and inspiring others on their own paths to parts and destinations unknown.

Jordan is an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at West Coast Eagles football club. He is also completing a PhD part-time at UWA examining the relationship between training loads and injury. Prior to his current role, Jordan worked at a number of elite West Australian Sporting Organisations including West Coast Fever, GolfWA & the Western Australian Institute of Sport.
